What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition

• Support recruitment through strategic sourcing and candidate shortlisting
• Conduct market mapping and talent research
• Coordinate interview schedules and assist with candidate communication
• Help facilitate a smooth and structured onboarding process, including progress monitoring
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers regularly

• Assist in daily HR administrative tasks
• Work with suppliers and line managers to support performance management processes
• Help monitor and support offboarding processes
• Handle office-related errands and HR ad hoc tasks as needed
• Maintain and update HR data and documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Open to a hybrid work setup with at least one day onsite
