Job Description

As an HR Intern, you'll be at the forefront of organizing exciting employee events, creating engaging communication content, and maintaining a vibrant office environment.

Engagement

• Bring our company wide events to life — from town halls, campaign celebrations, CSR activities to our most-awaited year-end party.


• Team up with internal and external partners to ensure events align with our brand and budget guidelines.


• Gather feedback through post-event surveys to level up our future events.

Communications

• Keep the team updated on timely company news and announcements.


• Work your magic with visual mediums (graphic design, video editing) to create eye-catching internal campaigns.

 HR Operations

• Support daily operations and respond to employee inquiries, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Background or currently studying HR, Communications, or Business


• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and visual mediums


• Knowledgeable in creating presentations using PowerPoint


• Self-starter, creative, organized


• Resides in Taguig or nearby cities

• Location: BGC, Taguig City


• Duration: 3-6 months


• Working set up: Hybrid 3x a week on site 


• Unpaid internship
