Job Description - Project Coordinator Intern

POSITION OVERVIEWAs a contributor in Business Development Team, the Project Management Intern will support the efforts of Payreto’s Business Development team by managing cross-functional projects, and supporting the team with the communication, planning, organization, and implementation of these projects. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAssist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking internal Business Development or cross-functional project tasks.Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk logs.Conduct research and gather information to support project activities.Prepare presentations and other communication materials for project stakeholders.Schedule and coordinate meetings and manage agendas.Track project budgets and identify potential cost overruns.Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes.Assist with project communication with internal and external stakeholders.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
