📋 Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring File Maintenance:
- Work closely with the team to help maintain monitoring files for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
2. Process Automation:
- Collaborate in the automation of processes using tools such as Google Sheets and other applications, contributing to the team's efficiency.
3. Data Encoding:
- Contribute to the meticulous data encoding process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project-related information.
4. Warehouse/Construction Operations Assistance:
- Gain hands-on experience by providing support in warehouse operations, understanding the logistics of delivering exquisite home furnishings.
5. Cross-Functional Project Support:
- Collaborate with project coordinators and various cross-functional teams, actively participating in the execution of diverse projects.
6. Shop Drawings & Technical Support:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and diagrams for renovation and installation projects using AutoCAD.
- Support the team in ensuring drawings are aligned with project specifications and site requirements.

🎯 Job Qualifications

Educational Background:
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting, showcasing your technical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Office Location:
- Amenable to working daily at our Pioneer Mandaluyong office, with the added perk of free parking.
