Recruitment Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Collaborate with Recruiters to identify each position’s requirements
• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
• Access different job portals and upload applicant resumes
• Phone-Screening candidates
• Encode Applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System
• Assist in checking system requirements of applicants
• Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment-related activities

• Working a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business
• Management or equivalent is preferred
• Can work in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using Google Workspace
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills
• Minimum of 400 hours required

System Requirements

• At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
• A webcam
• Noise-canceling USB Headset
• Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
• Smartphone
