Role Overview

The AI Learning & Enablement Intern will help turn internal know-how into simple, structured training materials that new team members can actually follow. You’ll organize information, build learning modules, and publish them on our internal learning platforms.

You’ll work with tools like Canva and Learn Worlds — not as a designer or engineer, but as someone who can assemble clear, easy-to-consume content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos, structuring messy notes, and creating concise “how-to” guides that make complex topics accessible.
We’re opening up to 2 internship slots for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the buildout of Pearl’s internal learning content and onboarding modules.
  • Turn call summaries, process notes, and checklists into clear slides, one-pagers, or short walkthroughs.
  • Create training materials in Canva (slides, workbooks, quick-start guides).
  • Upload and organize lessons in LearnWorlds and the internal knowledge base.
  • Keep training docs up to date — swap screenshots, fix steps, and update wording when processes change.
  • Help standardize formatting for a consistent, professional feel.
  • Conduct light QA: flag unclear instructions or missing steps.
  • (Note: You won’t lead trainings or strategy — this role focuses on packaging, refining, and publishing content.)

Tools You’ll Use

  • Canva – for slides, worksheets, and visual explainers
  • LearnWorlds – for structuring modules, lessons, and basic LMS flows
  • Notion / Google Suite – for outlines, drafts, and internal documentation
  • LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek) – for general prompting, brainstorming, and data analysis
    (We’ll train you on what you don’t already know.)

Must-Have

  • Strong written English — you can explain steps clearly and simply.
  • Comfortable using Canva (basic layout, text, and visuals).
  • Organized and detail-oriented; you care about file names and version control.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using online tools like Notion and Google Docs/Slides/Sheets.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience helping with onboarding docs, training decks, or internal manuals.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms or LMS (e.g., LearnWorlds, Teachable, Notion databases).
  • Interest in AI, recruiting, operations, or enablement.
