Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, records management, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Help in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
Prepare and update HR-related documents, forms, and reports.
Handle basic HR inquiries and redirect complex queries to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
