GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. This venture combines the trusted Gokongwei brand, customer base, and distribution ecosystem with Tyme’s globally proven digital banking technology and hands-on experience building South Africa’s leading digital bank, TymeBank, one of the fastest-growing digital banks in the world today.

The Strategy & Propositions Rookie Program puts you at the heart of innovation. You’ll help assess markets, evaluate competitors, build business cases, and support product proposition development that shapes the future of digital banking.

This is more than an internship — it’s a launchpad into strategy, consulting, or product leadership.

What You’ll Work On

• Conduct market and industry research


• Perform competitor benchmarking and gap analyses


• Support product proposition and business case development


• Assist in building executive presentations and strategy decks


• Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, and Finance teams


• Contribute insights that inform strategic decisions

Who We’re Looking For

• Students pursuing Business, Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, or related fields


• Open to voluntary or school-required internship


• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills


• Confident in research and presentation work
