Job Description - Supply Team Intern

The role of the Supply Intern will be instrumental in supporting Locad's expansion of its Supply and Partnership network. The main objective is to identify key partners within Locad's operational markets, gather relevant information, and evaluate the strategic fit with these prospective partners.

Assist Managers in performing Partner Management, Contracting, and Network Development of Fulfillment, Last Mile and Logistics Partners.
Analyze and monitor partners' performance and metrics towards SLAs and contracts.
Fulfil pricing requests for services not covered in existing contracts/rate cards.
Troubleshoot issues and escalations on orders handled by our Partners.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within Supply Partners.
Perform ad hoc analysis when needed, including rate competitiveness, profitability analysis, etc.

Passion for learning about eCommerce Logistics
Analytical thinking
Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
