Job Description - Talent Acquisition Intern


We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Interns who require an internship as part of their academic program. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations, offering a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our Recruitment team to support full-cycle recruitment activities and improve the hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and campus networks.
  • Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation coordination.
  • Help draft and update job descriptions and job postings.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives (events, outreach, social media campaigns).
  • Provide support in HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

    What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Internship required as part of the academic curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Passion for HR, recruitment, and people operations.
  • Willing to work in the Southwoods, Binan, Laguna site
  • Amenable to work between 10 am to 7 pm or 12nn to 9 pm
