• You’ll join our Talent Acquisition team and get hands -on exposure to how we hire great people across the globe. From screening applications to coordinating interviews, you’ll play a key part in building the team.
  

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates.
  
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and follow -ups.
  
• Help schedule and manage Hireflix recordings.
  
• Support the team with general admin and recruitment tasks.
  

Requirements

About YOU

• Currently enrolled and completing OJT/internship hours.
  
• Curious, detail -oriented, and eager to learn.
  
• Great at following through and keeping things organized.
  
• Interested in recruitment, HR, or people operations.
  

• Hireflix (video interviewing/recording).
  
• Applicant tracking and screening tools.
  
• Internal team communications and project platforms.
  

• Internship schedule: 7 AM–4 PM Manila time.
  
• On -site at our Eastwood, QC office.
