Accountant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability, a leading environmental organization based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Entry Level Accountant to join our team in a remote work capacity. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. 2. Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis for management review. 3. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. 4. Ensure compliance with all local and national financial regulations. 5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement financial strategies. 6. Conduct regular financial audits to identify and address any discrepancies. 7. Assist with tax preparation and filing. 8. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures. 9. Provide support to the management team on financial matters as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2. 1 year of relevant experience. 3. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 4. Strong creativity and strategic planning skills. 5. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 8. Knowledge of ethical conduct and integrity in financial practices.
