Accountant - Remote Work

Ayala Land, one of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Accountant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions, analyzing financial information, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions - Prepare budget forecasts - Publish financial statements - Conduct month-end and year-end close processes - Audit financial transactions - Analyze financial data - Monitor financial discrepancies - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements - Provide financial support to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred - Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience - Strong analytical skills - Innovative mindset - Proficient in financial software and MS Office - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely
