Job Description:
Advance is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to join our team. This position will be remote-based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, for an associate-level employee with at least 2 years of experience in the field. As an essential member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Process invoices and payments in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to ensure accuracy of billing and resolve any payment issues - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts payable processes - Provide support for audits and financial reporting as needed
Requirements: - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Prior experience in accounts payable or related field required
