Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable specialist for remote work at Shopee Philippines. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department.

Responsibilities: 1. Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is properly filed. 4. Assist with month-end closing processes. 5. Prepare reports for management as needed. 6. Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues. 7. Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 2. Strategic planning skills. 3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required. 7. No prior experience necessary, training will be provided.
