Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Altitude Games, a leading game development company based in Pasig, NCR, PH, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level team member, the Accounts Receivable specialist will work remotely and be responsible for managing the company's outstanding invoices and accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Responsibilities: 1. Review and reconcile incoming payments from customers against outstanding invoices. 2. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. 4. Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication with customers. 6. Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in the accounts receivable function. 8. Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation. 4. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Passionate and confident attitude towards work. 8. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in problem-solving. 9. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
