Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment processing, and collection activities - Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy of transactions - Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies - Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
