Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Century Pacific Food, Inc., you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable function remotely from Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This part-time, entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Track and monitor outstanding accounts receivable - Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy - Provide customer service and address inquiries related to billing - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review - Assist with audit preparation and compliance with financial regulations - Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and independent worker with the ability to prioritize tasks - Emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills - Ability to work remotely and collaborate with colleagues worldwide - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Free accommodation provided for remote work flexibility
