Accountant

Job Description:

Expedock, a leading company in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking an entry-level Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess the personality traits of reliability and independence. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate strong soft skills in strategic planning and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Assist in the preparation of tax returns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations - Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1 year of accounting experience - CPA certification is a plus - Excellent attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
