Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

Penshoppe, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a part-time Accountant to work from home. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions - Prepare budget forecasts - Analyze financial data and create financial statements - Monitor company expenses and analyze financial trends - Assist with tax filings and audits - Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information - Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred - 4 years of accounting experience - Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
