Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Bench. As a part-time Associate Level role based in Makati, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for handling the accounts payable process for our company remotely.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements - Adhere to company policies and procedures for accounts payable

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
