Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

DMCI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices and check requests - Sort, code, and match invoices - Set invoices up for payment - Enter and upload invoices into system - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Prepare analysis of accounts - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues - Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Time management and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
