Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable who is looking for remote work flexibility and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Excellent cooperation and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to meet deadlines and work in a remote environment - Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
