Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Fetch Valet is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process and review invoices, check requests, and expense reports for payment - Ensure all payments are accurate and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Handle vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships - Assist in month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate records and files - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems - Persuasion skills to effectively negotiate with vendors
