Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable to join our dynamic team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position with no required years of experience, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in finance.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities - Prepare and maintain financial records and reports - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of payment processes - Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Independent and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision - Passionate about finance and eager to learn - Strong planning and organization skills - Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
