Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team at Acudeen Technologies as an Accounts Payable. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in finance and accounting. No prior experience is necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and ensure all payments are accurate - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities - Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Passionate and energetic attitude - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Basic knowledge of accounting principles - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus - Strategic planning skills are a bonus
