Job Description:

Zennya, a leading company in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is just starting their career in accounting and is looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Assist with audit preparation and provide support as needed - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Driven and confident personality - Demonstrated cooperation and strategic planning skills
