Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Booky is seeking a passionate and dedicated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable roles.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices from vendors in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Work closely with vendors to resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Maintain accurate and complete accounting records - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable roles - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, specifically Excel - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
