Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is looking to hire a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to work from home in Parañaque, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess the ability to work independently and with a high level of discipline.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors - Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors - Contribute to process improvements and efficiency within the accounts payable function - Other ad-hoc financial projects as assigned by management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well under pressure - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
