Accounts Payable - Work from home

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Flowerstore.ph, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining vendor relationships. This remote part-time position requires a hardworking and driven individual who possesses strong presentation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Verify and reconcile vendor accounts - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues - Prepare and process weekly check runs - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain organized records of all financial transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in accounts payable is a plus, but not required
