Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a remote Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Century Pacific Food, Inc. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience in accounts payable who is independent, driven, innovative, and creative.

Responsibilities: - Processing invoices and expense reports - Reconciling vendor statements - Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies - Coding and entering invoices into the accounting system - Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Generating and analyzing accounts payable reports as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely - Driven to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
