Remote Accounts Receivable

Philippine Airlines is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Investigate and resolve customer queries - Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail - Assist with month-end closing - Analyze aging reports and recommend actions to prevent past due accounts

Requirements: - Driven and energetic personality - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Attention to detail and accuracy
