Job Description:

Plentina, a cutting-edge fintech company based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities: - Process and post customer payments to the accounting system - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing issues - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely payment processing - Generate reports on accounts receivable aging and outstanding balances - Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles - Provide support for audits and financial reporting as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Dedication and drive to meet deadlines and achieve goals - Demonstrated leadership and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
