Remote Accounts Receivable

Job description:

We are seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Resellee. As a part-time position based in Makati, NCR, PH, this entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for delayed payment and follow up on overdue invoices - Assist in resolving discrepancies and disputes with customers - Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate billing information - Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable status - Monitor and manage collections efforts - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide on accounts receivable best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable - Independent and driven personality - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to lead and influence others - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
