Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, cooperative, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and process invoices accurately and timely - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any billing issues - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of basic accounting principles
