Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description: Penshoppe is looking for a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time position is perfect for someone with 4 years of experience in accounts receivable who is resourceful, confident, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a cooperative environment.

Responsibilities: - Review and monitor accounts receivable aging reports - Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies - Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities - Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Attention to detail and cooperation in soft skills
