Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Accounts Receivable to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, processing payments, and collections - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Communicate with customers to follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with month-end financial closing tasks as needed

Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Critical thinking skills to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
