Accounts Receivable

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team at Tanduay Distillers, Inc. in Makati, NCR. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling the company's accounts receivable functions.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis - Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments - Reconcile discrepancies in accounts receivable - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with customers regarding payment issues - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and systems

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Passionate and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Company equipment provided - Employee discounts on our products - Supportive working environment focused on personal and professional development
