Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a dedicated and driven Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Communicate with customers regarding their accounts and payment discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
