Job Description:

MadEats, a dynamic and fast-growing restaurant in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This position is perfect for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable who is energetic, dedicated, and possesses strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and track all incoming payments from customers. 2. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner. 4. Follow up on late payments and negotiate payment arrangements with customers. 5. Assist in the collection process by sending out statements and reminder letters. 6. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with credit terms and limits. 7. Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end financial reporting. 8. Communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries or issues.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable. 2. Energetic and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
