Job Description: Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Receivable associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR. As a member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable processes remotely. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, possess excellent people management skills, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently. 2. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections. 3. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review. 5. Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Previous experience in people management and high emotional intelligence. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection for remote work.
