Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies, a leading financial technology company based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients on a timely basis - Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies - Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts - Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collection of payments - Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software - Motivated and able to work independently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
