Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description: As a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate at Homebase, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our company. This includes ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, tracking payments, following up with customers on outstanding balances, and reconciling accounts. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with customers regarding their account status and payment deadlines - Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication skills - Excellent research skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
