Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at ZipMatch. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable remotely from our office in Pasig, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of financial processes.
Responsibilities: - Create and send invoices to clients in a timely manner - Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with financial reporting and analysis - Work closely with the finance team to improve processes and procedures - Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and passionate about financial processes - Strong decision-making and leadership skills
