Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at PearlPay in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities: - Create and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis - Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable - Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding receivables - Work closely with the sales team to resolve any billing issues or disputes - Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing and collection processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Confident and passionate attitude towards financial tasks - Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
