Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description: Cropital, a leading fintech company based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Receivable. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the finance industry and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the processing of accounts receivable transactions - Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices - Prepare and send out customer statements - Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Generate reports on accounts receivable aging and collections - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate billing - Provide support to other finance functions as needed

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Basic knowledge of accounting principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Project management skills - Critical thinking abilities - Motivated and reliable work ethic
