Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Cropital is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience looking to kickstart their career in finance. We are looking for someone who is confident and resourceful, with strong teamwork and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and monitor incoming payments from clients 2. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies 3. Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner 4. Assist in the collection of overdue payments 5. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions 6. Generate reports on accounts receivable aging and cash flow projections 7. Communicate effectively with clients to address any payment issues 8. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
