Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Machine Ventures, a leading technology company, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable transactions and follow up on outstanding invoices - Reconcile payments and resolve billing discrepancies - Generate financial reports and provide updates on account status - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing - Maintain documentation and records for audit purposes - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role - Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
