Online Accountant

Job Description:

Workbean is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Online Accountant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level member of our team, the Online Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. 2. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. 3. Prepare monthly financial reports for review by senior management. 4. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. 5. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation. 6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure clear understanding of financial data. 7. Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and maintain accuracy. 8. Assist with financial audits and compliance with regulatory requirements. 9. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to manage financial relationships. 10. Provide support to senior management and executives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. 3. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 4. Strong communication and people management skills. 5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 7. Experience with online accounting systems is a plus.
