Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate. This part-time position is based in our Caloocan office in the NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and reliability.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments for purchases made by customers - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Verify and reconcile vendor invoices - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Generate and analyze financial reports - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Strong communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively - Emotional intelligence and innovation are key soft skills required for this role
